Passionate winemakers

Discover the fascinating journey of Patrick Agostini, a specialist doctor graduated from the University of Bordeaux who chose to follow his passion for viticulture.

With his wife Fatima, of Portuguese origin, they left France to settle in Portugal, where they found a splendid property.

Located in the Ribeira de Odelouca Valley in the Algarve, their vineyard benefits from optimal sunshine and schist soil, creating an ideal terroir for the production of great wines.

Let yourself be seduced by the story of their wine adventure!

Vine to wine

Grape varieties are chosen based on the vineyard's climate (Mediterranean and Continental: warm days, cool nights), soil (schist, clay-limestone), and latitude.

The grapes are hand-harvested at peak maturity.

From grape crushing to bottling, every stage of our winemaking process is meticulously executed within our cellar.

Our red wines mature for approximately 15 months in French oak barrels, while select white wines rest for 6 to 9 months. Both bottling and labeling are completed on-site, ensuring the highest quality.

Rigorous oversight of every production step ensures the exceptional quality of our wines.
